Everything on this website, including our blog articles, is general information about epoxy flooring. It is not advice about your particular floor.

Concrete varies. What works on one slab may not work on another, and the only way to know what your floor needs is for someone to look at it. If you are unsure, ask us before you act on anything you read here.

PRICES

Any prices shown are starting points, based on typical jobs. They are not a quote.

The final price depends on the size of the area, the condition of the slab, how much preparation is needed and which finish you choose. You will always receive a written price before work begins, and that price will not change once you have accepted it.

IMAGES

Some of the images on this site are illustrations rather than photographs of our own work — used to show a colour, a finish or a type of space we can do. Wherever we have photos of a real Prime job, we use those instead, and we are adding more with every floor we finish.

If you would like to see actual photos of a finish you are considering, just ask. We will send you what we have.

RESULTS

Photos show results achieved on particular floors under particular conditions. Your floor may look different depending on the concrete underneath, the light in the space and the finish you choose.

We will tell you honestly what we expect to be able to achieve on your floor before you book.

WARRANTY

Our workmanship warranty applies to floors prepared by diamond grinding. Where a floor is prepared by acid wash, no workmanship warranty applies.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply regardless of any warranty we offer, and nothing on this site limits them.
