Our workmanship warranty covers peeling, bubbling or delamination caused by a fault in our workmanship. Depending on your tailored flooring system, you’re covered for up to 7 years — giving you added peace of mind alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

No. Our Prime Packages are starting points. Every flooring system is tailored to your floor, intended use, preferences and budget.

Yes. Crack filling is included in all three Prime Packages.
Warranty cover depends on your tailored flooring system. Basic offers cover for up to 4 years, Premium for up to 7 years with a qualifying Prime reseal, and Ultimate includes 7 years of cover. Full conditions are available in our Warranty Terms.
A Prime reseal renews the clear protective coat before it becomes too thin. This helps protect the colour and flakes underneath and can extend eligible warranty cover when completed before the initial warranty expires.
