Get ready for your Prime installation
A few simple steps will help us start on time and complete your flooring system as planned.

Clear the floor before we arrive.
Please remove all vehicles and movable items sitting on the floor. Wall-mounted items can remain.
Your preparation checklist
1. Clear the floor
Remove all movable items sitting on the floor.
2. Move vehicles
Move all vehicles away from the floor being coated.
3. Keep access clear
Leave a clear route for our team and equipment.
4. Provide electricity
Make sure working electricity is available.
5. Confirm access
Let us know how we will access the property.
6. Cleaning
Normal dust is fine. Only clean the floor if it is heavily soiled.
Access on the day
You do not need to be at the property while we work, provided access has been arranged with Prime in advance. If the access arrangements change, please let us know before your appointment.

Preparation waste
Where diamond grinding is included, the preparation process may produce several bags of concrete dust and waste. Prime will place this material into bags and leave it at the property for the customer to arrange disposal.
